• At The Book of Life Podcast, Heidi Rabinowitz interviews Shoshana Nambi about her debut picture book, The Very Best Sukkah: A Story from Uganda. Shoshana is a member of the Abayudaya, the Jewish community of Uganda, and is in the U.S. studying at Hebrew Union College to become the country’s first female rabbi. This delightful story, rich with authentic detail, was named to the Association of Jewish Libraries’ Fall 2022 Holiday Highlights list.
